It's been a while since I've used them, but I've been using them for the last few years There is a 10 foot clearance. Even so, I think it is an excellent conference system. I think it's a lot better than the one we had before.
Thanks for getting in touch. It is owned by AT&T A RJ11 plug is required to connect to the SB3014. It is great to hear that you are interested in our products.
This is Steve. There is no such company as the AT&T There is no need for a separate conference desk when you have the SB3014. On the same line, you may connect an SB3014 however, they will only function as extension phones and will not communicate with one another. It is great to hear that you are interested in our products.

Manufacturers have made comments to the effect of "The AT&T network will be down for several weeks to weeks" Designed for analog, digital, or VOIP residential use, the SB3014 is compatible with digital, analog or VOIP services. The VOIP service from RingCentral is what I decided to purchase for use on RingCentral. I opened the box and there was an Ethernet connector on the base unit, but it plugs into the ethernet connector on the power adaptor, and it claims to only be a power connection, not a data one. Since the power adaptor also has an RJ11 (an old analog phone jack), it cannot be connected to my wall ethernet outlet (to connect to the When connecting the base and wall outlet direct, there is no power as the wires are not going through the power adapter, so I'm unable to connect. I called the 1-800 number because I was confused Tech support informed me that the unit is not compatible with VOIP as it is an analog device. I asked if I could buy an adapter in order to make it work with VOIP, and they replied that there is no way to get it to work with There is a comment on the product page from the manufacturer that states that the product works with VoIP. It was stated that the issue would be escalated to Amazon and they would take care of it there. When looking for a conference phone that works with VOIP, you may want to check out Polycom IP series and others that connect to your ethernet internet outlet and work with VOIP. It is likely that this will not work. Thank you. I hope this was helpful.
There are no problems with the sound quality. They are a great addition because they can be detached. Considering we got the phone for a good price (well below retail prices), this was a happy purchase for us. I also like the aesthetics of the phone, so that's a plus. I like some of the features and it works really well. There was one slight complaint in how information I received from the seller was presented to me. Our business has a Toshiba digital phone system, so I asked what has to be done to make this device compatible with it. As far as digital phones are concerned (as well as analog and VoIP systems), the seller said that they are compatible. Now that I look back at this answer, I realize that it was a little vague or even It will not be possible to hook up this conference phone to an existing telephone This isn't as straightforward as it seems. That is not going to work if you think you can just plug it in. The Toshiba tech came out to see if this would work. After trying everything else, we ended up calling our admin console, but it didn't work. In the end, this device would not work on a digital system and required an analog line. Due to the fact that our Toshiba system only had one analog output that could be assigned, we were lucky enough to connect it. Therefore, we were able to make this work at the end While it does come with analog capabilities, it does not feature a digital phone feature. Our system does not permit calls to be transferred to other extensions or used in any of its normal digital functions. An incoming call from our digital system can be transferred from our system to our analog system all there is to In this case, it is an analog connection from/through the digital system, so it works. Despite what you might think, this is not a digital workstation phone that you can easily hook up Your support person will be able to tell you whether this is possible, and they may also be able to set up the connection for you. It is not true that all digital systems are set up To accommodate analog lines, some may need additional hardware installed. Our technician installed the analog line and setup the station for us since we already had one analog circuit installed. However, it was an extra charge to have the analog line connected and set up. My main mistake would have been to rely solely on the sales rep's answer and buy two of these phones, only to find out that I could not connect the other one due to our inadequate system
As long as you are aware of this, you may be able to get this phone to work and it is a great phone in general. One star was taken away from "ease of use" only due to the slight headache we had when we first tried to set it up.
My favorite feature of the four wireless microphones is that they are discreet. The device worked as soon as I plugged it in. The four wireless microphones are working flawlessly over an IP connection, and I am able to place them anywhere in the room without having to deal with a bunch of unsightly wires. Despite the speaker's small size, the quality of the sound is quite good. Over the years, I have used many conference phones, but this one ranks at the top of the list. The audio performance greatly exceeded my expectations and I was surprised by the results. Yet this is the one I prefer. Due to the four microphones on the other end of the call, the listeners at the other end of the call can hear the conversation much more clearly and have a much better overall experience.
The ability to spread the wireless microphones throughout the room for large conference calls has enabled us to provide attendees at our meetings with better clarity so they can hear everyone on the other end of the line as well as everyone in the Since this is a telephone that is analog, it cannot work directly with a digital In our conference rooms, we already had analog phone lines, so that was not an issue. As well, we ordered an analog converter that will be used Setup is a little more difficult since you need to use an office phone for the process. Getting it up and running wasn't a problem at all. The speakers on this phone are perfect.
Our office has used more expensive equipment, but the sound wasn't good. The phone comes with four wireless microphones, which makes it stand out from the crowd. Callers are able to hear what is happening across the room with the mics placed in the appropriate places. Our offices have used it in other locations, too, where they need a Go-to button It was a truly seamless dial in via ToMeeting. Packs into a box when not in use. Meeting frustration can be reduced by using this simple solution.
Many recipients complain about the audio quality of my speakers compared to their older corded polycom models. On the other hand, I use this phone on my chest when I am in my recliner for work calls, and it is adequate There is a very noticeable difference between the audio quality and an old analog Polycom soundstation (with expandable microphones).
I haven't had a problem with it disconnecting after the initial call. Call quality is excellent while it's working. There is probably a problem with the unit I got. In order for me to make the next call, I have to first unplug the phone and then reconnect it. It is not possible to change the type of disconnect tone detection or fix this. There was no difference in the performance with an alcatel epabx, direct regular phone line and Vonage VoIP provider. Due to my travels, I did not get a chance to check it, so I am stuck with it since my return period ended after a month.
