Can this be used on a voip line or do you need a standard (pots) line from the phone company to do it?

The sound became louder when we put it on an analog line connected to our VoIP system. If it worked on POTS as well, I'm sure it would work. You won't be able to use it if your phone only has an Ethernet connection, as the device requires an analog signal to work properly.

The AT&T wireless phone I have attached to my wireless account is a wall mount. Will this work with it?

In order to run the base unit, I had to run the ringer first.

Would the VoIP system work with the voice over IP system I currently have?

The VOIP system does not use analog lines unless you are using it for an analog phone line.

The ring of our phone can now be heard by my husband. I will not get thrown over trying to try and deal with it in a hurry and will not break my neck trying to deal with it.
