It has been working flawlessly in our business office for many years since we bought an original model of this answering machine. We spotted one on Amazon when it was available used. It was too good to miss, so we ordered it for our home phones immediately. there were sound issues when the message arrived, and the message was often fuzzy and difficult to understand. Upon receiving the package, the seller told me that this happened during shipment. He said that it was fine when he sent it out. It was nice of him to refund our money and we ended up taking it to our local electronics and toxic waste drop-off center- There are a lot of AT&Ts off site. I'm really hoping to find another one. As long as our original is going strong, we will continue T 1725.
I love this.
