Questions & Answers

Are there any manuals included with this 1725?

As of 9/17/2019 Thank you. This item has been in my possession for far over 15 years. My purchase of this device was, in my opinion, a waste of money, regardless of my feelings towards the manufacturer. In terms of coding, it was hard to use, and the way it operated was irritating. About a month after I purchased it, I realized it was a waste of space. After moving a few months ago, I threw it into the garbage. Thank you, Edward

Our church has used one like this for 18 years
5/5

Used buy perfect. We had this wallet at church, so I thought I'd try to get it when my cheap one at home died. When I saw this one, I bought it right away. My order was exactly what I was looking for, and even though it was used, it still works perfectly.

It has been 1725 years since AT&T was founded
5/5

My machine is in excellent condition. I bought it in 2000 and I've never regretted my purchase I was there until the end of '12. It went out when a lightning strike struck it. As a result, I became very upset. It is almost impossible to find answers. Despite 1 simplified machine in some stores, most of the machines can be found in the I was able to find it on Amazon thanks to the helpful link. Great! It works great! Congratulations, you have been granted. My mailbox only contains one item and I do not use other devices (I only use the other 3 mailboxes to store memos at home for my own use) I'm not sure about the other mailboxes. The machine I love works flawlessly for me, and if someone else's didn't, it had to be one horrible machine out of.

It was not difficult to return
3/5

The mailboxes cannot be transferred to the new device due to it being an old unit. It was not difficult to return.

One of the best answering machines I have ever used
5/5

When I was in my mid-teens, my wife and I bought two of these units for the office and for our house. One of them is still in use after 15 years, and it still works perfectly. The second vehicle was given away, which I now wish I had back, since the newer models of digital answering machines don't seem to provide the same call quality, ease of use, and durability as the older ones did. If you have recorded a message for any of the 31 mailboxes, you can put it on to reach Bob, 2 to reach Frank, 3 to reach Betty and 4 to reach You can place a call to one of the four boxes, and it will be simple to retrieve. Betty will only hear the messages left for her when she pushes the mailbox #3 button. This recording has excellent sound quality, and that is what impresses the most. You can hear it loud enough, very clearly and without fuzziness or static. As a result of owning this machine, we have purchased two more from AT&T I tried AT&T and they're nowhere near as good, with very bad sound distortion and noise. I guess AT&T is still not up to par with T. In order to minimize the effort they put into standalone answering machines, T has decided that they are a dead end. You can jump to the next recorded message by clicking the "forward" button. There are new machines that require you to listen to the whole message before you jump or delete. date, and the incoming message is very easy as well as intuitive. There's an LED display that shows how many messages have been received in the small black screen. Purchasing one of these old units is a good idea if you can find a working one. There is no disappointment here, it is a true champ.

The 1725 AT&T number
5/5

During my time as a sales representative for Lanier Business Products, I became familiar with answering machines. When Lanier offered dictation systems in the 1980s, they supported a call-in feature. There was one product called The Messenger that consisted of microcassettes with two separate message boxes each. Remote retrieval as well as dictating messages could be controlled through telephone tones. In a matter of seconds, this $2000 machine made at home was checked out of inventory by me. Moreover, I liked the name of the company and the products. My business name at Lanier was formed from a fictitious business name that I took when I left. In the course of my marriage, I changed my name to Lanier. We have tried many answering machines since then. Years after I worked for my wife's medical practice, we still struggle to get through to her. I got decent results with the two tape system from GE. As a result of the mechanical nature of these machines, they often broke down. Having used the Lanier machine for so long, I was spoiled in terms of operation. Despite being a digital system, the T 1725 performs similarly to the Messenger. For years, I have used the 1725 at home and at work without any problems. I have used the machine for about 15 years now. Programs are simple to write. A simple message retrieval process takes place, and commands are announced when necessary. Messages can easily be moved to other boxes so they can be used later. It would also be nice to have the option to leave a message in a box other than the default box. When sending messages, it can be beneficial to guide messages into specific boxes with the outgoing announcement. There are two outgoing messages, simplifying the situation of the office and out of the office. This is Lanier's June 2008 web page.

This is junk
3/5

This machine was bought years ago and I had nothing but trouble with it. It may have been bad luck for me. No matter how you look at it, I believe it's.
