There is nothing I love more than This printer is very fast and consumes a small amount of ink. Printers at this price point do not drink ink like this one does. Thanks to the space I had for it, I am happy with This was my first time seeing it, and I had no idea how huge it was. My only wish would be for a copier/scanner to be included. My experience with this printer has been limited, as I have never been able to get it to work. It took me until July to open the printer package and try it out. I bought it in March but didn't open the package for a month. After I had gathered the rest of the equipment, I figured the printer would be ready to go once I had everything collected. The printer did not work once I opened it and tried to set it up. I got the following error message On the user interface, there is an "033503" message. Based on my research online, it appears that the ink cartridges are not connecting properly. Since these printing cartridges were the ones that came with my unit, I am not certain why they wouldn't print. Since I have another Epson printer (don't get me started on that one) that uses the same ink, I had extra Epson printer cartridges that were the same. Even though I tried using new Epson printer cartridges, the error still occurred. Because I have so many other things to attend to in my life, I decided to check it out It is not uncommon for me to try to get my new printer to complete its initial setup at my office every once in a while. As a result (I hope), my SquareTrade insurance has been assigned to the unit since my product support window has ended. It's just a working printer that I want for Christmas. In this case, the equipment I paid for does not appear to be defective, so I'm annoyed that it is. This printer has been with me for quite a while, and it still does not print properly. In addition to doing head alignments and cleaning the heads, my system told me that they were clogged, which I resolved by cleaning I have bought new ink, tried to repair the printer, and it still has issues.
