Is it possible to print on 4 mm coroplast, and if not, is there a model that will?
Unfortunately, it won't print on coroplast, and I don't know of any models that will. If the company where you purchased the coroplast has any recommendations, you should ask them.
Is there an automatic cutter on this printer?
The HP DesignJet T530 24-inch printer is, in fact, a 24-inch printer. The automatic cutter in Printer is available.
Thermal technology is written on the label. Is this a plotter that uses ink instead of paper? Is Windows 10 compatible with it?
Inkjet printing, to be precise. Yes, it is compatible with Windows 10.
What is the maximum size for printing a 24 inch by 24 inch image?
If you want, you can print 24" by 150 feet on this plotter because it has a roll feed.

Printing from Rhino CAD is a frustrating waste of time

What should take a minute could take hours with this machine because it rotates in the wrong direction, wasting paper and time. I want to load a single sheet, but the printer wants to load a roll. With long rolls of paper, accuracy isn't as good.

The speed increase was phenomenal when I upgraded to the T520 (older model) about 8 years ago. The new T530 is fantastic for the price, but it appears to be much slower than the T520. Printing time is roughly doubled.
