My disappointment has been heightened by the fact that this is their only option. In the world where I consider a printer as somewhat new, how is it possible that I would need a new part? The product is no longer under warranty, so I asked if they could tell me how I can manually try to clean the nozzles myself now that it is no longer covered. There is quite a bit of money invested in this In the beginning, maybe the first six months, the print quality was ok. I don't know. There was a problem with the heads getting clogged and the colors stopped printing correctly. My Samsung printer hasn't been working properly since I bought it from Amazon. I changed every setting, spoke with customer support for hours via phone, I thought it was the ink from Amazon that was different from Epson's ink. Because of that, I am The ink I purchased from Epson was all original. It printed ONE thing, but now I have an error (2 blinking red lights) and it doesn't do anything. Thank you. I'd prefer not to. The product below will be returned to the manufacturer and I'll purchase another one. The experience has been extremely frustrating.

Once the pricey ink has run out, the printer will keep not printing, and you will have to buy it at a store across town or order it online - office supply stores do not carry it.
