Previous printer was out of order and the motherboard went bad. As a result, I placed an order for the same printer so that I could utilize Even though it took several hours to get the old software to work with the printer, I am now printing IDs once My hope is that this mother board will last more than two I will buy another ID maker from someone else if it's not like this.
