This is a good item
5/5

As one who uses this device frequently, I wanted something that was no longer available, because these just aren't produced anymore. I also always wanted a spare, so I had a couple on the side.

I would like to see some improvements made to this good product
4/5

Because it did not have enough memory to run some of my drug references, I upgraded from the Tungsten E2. Although they would run, they would move very slowly. It is plenty of room to store all my data with 128 Mb. A 128 MB MMC card was added on top of that to increase storage capacity. There are my contacts and my schedule as well as some of my drug cards and some photos, as well as children's Although there is more data and software on the system, it still runs faster than my Tungsten. There really isn't any need to go without the flash memory feature and I would definitely recommend The colleague I work with does not have one on hers and she loses all her data whenever she forgets to charge it. This is not a dedicated writing area, as with the Tungsten, instead we have a Graffiti area. If you tap on an icon, a writing area that resembles that of the Tungsten will appear. If you choose to write on the application itself (which can cause problems, because I activate things that I don't want to activate), the process is similar. In my Tungsten, Graffiti was less sensitive than it was in TX. There are more errors in Tungsten than in Tungsten because I have to press harder on the screen. Tungsten allowed me to use both my fingernail and a pen in order to write, whereas this requires only the tip of the stylus, and I must apply pressure in order for it to work properly. The battery life is impressive. It is possible to go without charging for days. It is one of the things I refer to a lot It runs out of battery if I play a game for an hour, but drains very little if I stay off for a day. It was a Palm phone with a charging cradle that I once owned. Neither this Tungsten nor the one that came with it came with a stand. It would be a lot better to have a cord plugged directly into the wall, but it is a minor inconvenience. The screen size is larger since it doesn't have a dedicated writing area, so you can view photos while using it. The way they look on my phone is great. The image is very clear and bright. Compatibility was a problem with some programs that worked with my TX but were not with my Tungsten. Although I did notice fewer compatibility problems with the Tungsten than with many computers and software, I think that may be due to many factors. My first experience with WiFi was that the system was too slow. I tried it a few more time and realized that it didn't really work. The connection was slow and the time it took to establish one was excruciating. In the next few minutes, I went to McDonald's, which has a very fast Internet It turned out I was completely wrong to think this tiny unit wasn't capable of handling All I have to do is go to where they have the most The TX is a very nice PDA in general. Even if only for the fact that it can handle my references to drugs, I would choose this one again. We can't have all the components to be compatible with my software, so I would appreciate it if it would work with some of my software. GRAFFITI is a good game, but if there were no compatibility issues and if it was more difficult to use, it would be In the end, I have given myself a rating of Despite its shortcomings, this device is quite good.
