It is unnecessary to say that the battery life of this calculator was terrible. One of the batteries in the sealed container that was shipped with the calculator seemed to have split open. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this purchase, however, it was a great deal and something that every college student needs.
I am able to use the calculator as expected. Currently, I am taking a fast track course for probability and statistics in which calculators are heavily relied upon. It takes some research to learn how to use the calculator, but there are tons of YouTube videos you can watch. Customer service is what really makes me happy with this seller. Initially I ordered the ti-84 tube and it was all right until I saw the ti-88 tube. It did not work with the 83 plus. When I contacted the seller, he was very attentive and resolved the issue quickly by sending me a replacement calculator by priority mail. This was an easy process, and I completed my order without any problems. This book is highly.
They contacted me a month after I purchased the product and received a refund for the full amount. I was promptly refunded the shipping charges. (I was under the impression that they didn't cover the shipping for returns) I originally paid 70$ for this item plus 10$ for shipping. It didn't occur to me that they actually covered it in full! This team is made up of great people! I am very impressed with how they handled the refund and how polite they were!.
In a generic amazon box, the packaging was in terrible condition in a plastic bag. There was tape sealing it up. There was a problem with the calculator. There was no point in wasting both money and time on this.
Since I got it, I have not had any problems with.
Our order was different from what we ordered and we couldn't return it before school started. Because it doesn't have enough memory to save the data needed for the calculator, it cannot be used.
The product has never caused any problems for me.
Despite putting in the batteries that came with it, it did not work I even went out and bought new batteries, but the calculator would not work. I've never turned it.
