At its current use (good to excellent) Due to its added functionality (graphing, programming, etc. ) and very good condition (very good condition) at a very good price of *$20, I would strongly recommend this calculator compared to similarly priced scientific calculators. The calculator is perfect for middle school math classes and basic high school algebra classes and it can be accessed for a much lower price than competing graphing calculators like the TI-83/84. A plus 84.
While the TI-84 Plus is only good for middle school, the TI-83 Plus features more tools. While the 84 will be more expensive, it is the only graphing calculator you will.

I have successfully used the calculator. Despite the fact that the calculator was well maintained, I was disappointed. In the package it came in, it didn't turn on when I first opened it. With the batteries that came with it, the year 2009 was printed on them and they were unusable.
