Don't take my word for it, but I believe we were allowed to bring calculators into the testing room as Real Estate Brokers, and this is the only calculator I would consider using.

I'm getting into real estate and needed a good calculator to help me out. This calculator appeared to be a good choice, and it appears to be a good calculator - However, the one I received had been used, and I had expected to receive a new one. The calculator was already turned on when I opened the package (normally, the battery is inserted but disconnected until you pull out a small tab that connects the battery). There was also no instruction manual, only a brief Pocket Reference Guide that referred to a larger User's Guide (which was not included). I'm very disappointed because this is a nice but difficult calculator.

Financial calculator with a "so-so" rating. I find the TI BA II Plus to be less intuitive. I do believe, however, that this brand has some long-term potential. long-term customers who prefer this brand to others. This review is solely based on my own personal tastes.

To use this calculator, you will need to take a course. It's extremely difficult to operate. The Manual Isn't Very Helpful.

It grew on me and I became enamored with it. I misplaced it after taking it out of the office. I didn't hesitate to order another, and Amazon offers the best price. I've looked in other places and couldn't find it. br>br>If you're not in Real Estate and would make the ultimate mistake of buying a house without consulting a Real Estate Professional (nice industry plug), buy this calculator and you'll be able to predict your payments with great precision and confidence.
