Questions & Answers

I would like to know how this pen compares to the Zebra Sharpo X multi-function pen What's the Pen?

ZEBRA pens can be bought all over the place, but Rotring has exclusive pens made by very reliable manufacturers. Since I've been using their products for 30 years, I can attest to their quality.

Do you have the ability to engrave this pen or pencil?

It is time to take a break. It's true, it's true. There is an engravable surface for everything if you know where to find it. Lasers can be used to engrave diamonds.

My opinion of this pen is that it's an extremely pleasant surprise
5/5

I must say that I am very pleased with it. As rOtring was seemingly swallowed up by whatever corporation it was, I have essentially lost touch with the company, even though I own two fountain pens that date back to the 1970s. My accumulated multiples are a mystery to me, and I don't remember how they came into existence A pen that serves multiple purposes It has been more than 20 years that I have used a fountain pen as my primary writing implement. Despite this, there are only three multi-player games on my system Since I am no expert, I am not one to make specific judgments. Nonetheless, I firmly believe I have an eye for As a result, I ordered the pen knowing it would be returned. It surprises me, however, in many ways that the pen is so good. This product is perfectly fit and finished, along with a smooth and responsive mechanism. Its clicks are satisfying, too. There is no Chinese company that produced this pen However, the triangular paper box in which the pen ships contains a print that informs that it was designed in Germany and assemble I would place this rOtring as second in my collection out of three multi pens now. The Lamy 4-pin is my pen of choice This is a first-place finish for the pen. I am sadly in need of medical attention for my OHTO This is the loser in 20K3B in gunmetal - There aren't even a lot of things it can beat when compared to the rOtring and Every level of user would benefit from having this pen. There is definitely room for improvement in the packaging, but it really shouldn't be a You can see the pen in the picture I included On top, we have the OHTO, and on the bottom we have the Lamy 4. To give you an idea of the size of these pens, I have included the Rotring Trio Pen and a Caran d'Ache Léman fountain pen.

We bought all 4 to find out which one suits us best (at least for me)
4/5

It was important for me to have multiple options I have been thinking about buying a pen for quite some time now. I narrowed my options down to four The staedtler multi light (1), rotring trio (2), rotring tikky (3) and crosstech 3+ (4) are shown. We bought all 4 to find out which one suits us best (at least for me). As I figured the more costly pens (2 & of 3 We wanted to explore the more cost efficient alternatives in lieu of 4) being the best option. Ink flow that looks good was a must, as well as a comfortable grip, weight, and easy writing. Although all the pens were nice, I was surprised that the cheaper ones were just as good, and in my opinion even STAEDTLER (1) is my favorite pen! I love how lightweight, great it is for writing, and easy to hold it is. My next choice would be 3 since it has a soft grip and is lightweight, followed by 4 and 2 (this pen) which are too heavy for me and 2 has a weird mechanism where you have to lift the pen clip to adjust the power. You have a hard time writing when you're trying to do so.

Those looking for a pen that includes two colors of ink and a pencil will be glad to know this one is here
4/5

In fact, I am a pen snob who looks for pens that are long lasting and perform well. A pen of this quality performs well and lasts a long time. The device performs exactly what it says it will and can even be operated by one hand. It is only the pen's two major shortcomings that bother me. Please note Br>- I have to walk carefully around it because it rattles when I do. As a result of utilizing the "Pen Pocket" that is built into my scrub pants, I can place the pen in a convenient location. each time I walk, the pen would not make that annoying rattle if I carried it inside my shirt pocket. As a result, half a star has been taken away. Please note Br>- You won't find instructions here. An ordinary pen usually does not require a lot of maintenance. The pen in this picture is not like most pens. There were three colors of ink black, red, and blue. Here on Amazon I read the instructions for the more expensive all metal big brother to this pen. The instructions should be readily available without me having to look them up myself. One and a half stars less than last time. The best way to use one is to flip it horizontally or to turn it on its side so you can see the symbol for the ink or lead that you want. You can close or change the color by pressing the grey silicone buttons alongside of the clip and the edge will click into place solidly. Once you have the pen horizontally again with the symbol for the tip you want, click the clicker in the tail and it is done. Please note Br>- In addition to the lead advancement and eraser functions, the pen and pencil function solidly and reliably. Please note Br>- The clip attaches well to a shirt pocket or a pen pocket, but not as well as a front pocket on scrubs. This is a pen I can recommend with no reservations. Because I am a finicky person, the rattle it makes in my pocket would only annoy people like me and I am able to overlook the inconvenience because of how well the pen works.

Pen with a lot of features
4/5

I've got a number of Rotring Mechanical Pens, including the 800, 600, and 600+. All of them seem to be great and are easy to use, so I decided to give it a shot. It is built in a solid way Rotring is known for its characteristic style and taste. I had to learn how to choose between the color pens and pencils a bit after I was first introduced to this game. The button is supposed to be pushed on the side that you want pointed up. The functionality works fine, although at first it is not as intuitive as it should be. All three functions are of adequate size and function My overall opinion is that this is an adequate multi pen with good functionality, but it would have been better if the barrel had a knurled grip, as in the 600 and 800 pencils.

Up to the time I upgraded the ink cartridges, this pen got four stars
4/5

A great multi-purpose pen. It works well with a pencil, a black pen, and a red pen, and is very convenient. There is only one downside. The ink cartridges for the Rotring aren't particularly smooth to write with and, if the paper is even the slightest bit dusty or dirty, they will skip or fail to function. Having to do this is challenging for someone who works in manufacturing. You can replace the rOtring cartridges with Fisher Space Pen to make this an outstanding writing device. The rOtring cartridges will last about 50 pages. Although I have not tested how many pages these Fisher cartridges will cover, I do know that they are far more tolerant that the Otting of imperfect writing surfaces, and they are smoother.

I think it's pretty good
4/5

One regret is that I did not buy the stainless steel version to make the most of my There is an odd switching system at first, but once you get used to it, you get it sorted out. You hold the pen horizontally, and the icon near the cap faces upward. In the end, gravity decides which one is most suitable It has an all-out arc you push out of the pencil and then click a couple times to deploy the lead, then it retracts as you push the lead in again if you wish to retract. It is a fine pen if you like precise and solidly made basics. The horses I have in mind could be the beginning of a stable.
