It is misleading! There's no such thing as a pen here! The pen is supposed to be a pen

As for writing - there is nowhere to do so There's only one purpose for it to light up Product description says it has a ballpoint pen with ink and that it can be refilled. There are a lot of misleading and inferior quality advertisements available.
