I don't think the item we bought came with a three-year warranty. a hole-punch However, if you have a paper hole punch, punching through the folders is not difficult.

Do you have any folders with pockets and fasteners that are decorative?

Yes! I think the folders are quite lovely. There are no fasteners on this set, but it does have pockets.

What is the maximum number of pages that these can hold?

I'm not sure how many pages are in each sleeve, but it's probably around 25. More could be added, but the folder would most likely deform as a result.
