They will fit inside standard hanging file folders, yes.
That's what I believe. They're attractive and long-lasting, and I believe they'd wipe clean easily.
The labels included with the files aren't intended to be printed. If you want to run your labels through a printer, you should buy Avery labels separately and cut them down to size.

I bought this to replace my worn-out file folders at work. These are attractive, and the colors are appealing. They do the job, but I was hoping for something a little more durable when used vertically in a step-up file holder; these do the job, but they tend to druop after a while. It's worth noting that one side is closed and the other is open, which isn't a huge deal, but if you have a lot of thick files to place, it might be a little difficult to keep everything together. They're also translucent, so you can see what's inside, so if you're looking for folders to keep confidential information in and keep on a desk or something, these won't work; you'll have to put another piece of paper in to hide what you don't want visible. Another disadvantage is that the tab is very small in comparison to regular file folders, so if you want to print labels to put on them, you'll need a smaller label because regular file folder labels are too large. However, the labels are well adhered and do not appear to be falling off, which is a plus. They're appealing to me. I like them, but there was a minor issue that I had to work around in order to use them as I had planned.

The tabless folders easily fit into standard letter-size hanging folders. These folders (which have tabs) are slightly larger. As a result, they rub against the rails on which your hanging folders are hung. It is possible to get them in, but it is inconvenient and ineffective. I'm sure they're perfect if you buy the whole system, but I was trying to make them work with my current system so that I could add options to my files. I was primarily attempting to avoid purchasing costly divided folders to separate income. In my "job" folders, I keep track of my expenses.
I use post-it notes to personalize the tabs. I can see the document through the clear plastic as well. Until I finish the open item, it keeps everything together in one place. These are fantastic!.
