Questions & Answers
What is the voltage of the power supply (assuming it is DC): 12V, 5V, or something else?
The power supply has a 1000mA output at 5V DC.
Is it possible to see through the lenses without removing them?
Yes!
Is there a 110-volt power supply? 240v? Is it only 110 volts?
The "plugin/adapter" itself resembles a 110V plug in the United States. However, I'm not sure what, if any, differences there are in appearance between that and, say, a European 240V plug/outlet. The plug/adapter, on the other hand, is rated at 100 volts. 240V and 50/60 Hz, so you should be fine in either situation.

It was something I really wanted to enjoy
3/5
Well, I wanted to like it, but the screen went haywire less than a month after receiving it; I really liked it, but couldn't get a replacement; oh well, maybe someone else will have better luck; this was a gift; I haven't had much luck with Amazon's led microscopes for some reason.
