This is technically possible, but I haven't tried it yet. In order to connect a dynamic (not condenser) cardoid or supercardoid mic to the ABY, one must use a DI box since it only provides TR/TRS 1/4" cable connections. It's not XLR, it's interfaces. When it comes to condenser microphones that require 48V Phantom power, where you are supplying 48V as well as how you supply it must also be considered.

My favorite thing about using two amps is that I can have a lot of fun with them. I find it to be of good quality and switches silently. In order to run my guitar into a Blackstar TV 60 and a Fender GT100, I use Blackstar TV 60. The amps can be used separately or both at the same time to create some really cool sounds.
The job gets done!.
The switch is quiet and nice.
I have never used a better ABY switch. I appreciate how clean and precise your work is. No BS, no problems. It should be this way.
With an AC 30 I am able to perform the task. This product does what it says. With my equipment I use the AC 30 and an Acoustic 100 from Peavey. A large amount of hum was initially present, however it was eliminated when the polarity switch was flipped. In the event that either of the amps is operated, no white noise is produced.
