The bag is well-made and padded. I eventually put my mixer in a rack case, but I still keep this bag around for mics and cables. It's a great bag for gear.
500 watts of bass power I needed a case to keep my son's Ampeg PF-100 safe. Head with a 500 watt bass amplifier. The one Ampeg makes for it has received mixed reviews, and we've always been pleased with Gator's quality. The case is well-made and sufficiently padded to withstand a few minor bumps. With a little extra room in the depth, the inside width and height are ideal for this amp. The power and speaker cab cables will fit comfortably in the main compartment. If you don't want to put the shoulder strap on the case, the outside pockets can hold a few miscellaneous items like extra strings. Overall, it was exactly what I needed.
I use it as a mixer board tote because it has zippers and can hold a lot of mic cables. The outside zippered compartments (which are stacked) allow for the convenient storage and transportation of a variety of other miscellaneous and necessary items. It provides excellent protection and organization for just about anything you want to carry around in it. It has left a lasting impression on me, and I would gladly recommend it to others. There were no disappointments at all. ever.
a purchase well worth it This is a perfect fit for my Soundcraft EFX8 mixer. There's a nice pocket for accessories, and there's plenty of padding. It is highly recommended.
My Behringer Eurorack unit fits perfectly in this bag. There's a lot of padding and protection here,,,right? sized. Some cords and accessories will be stored in this pouch.
This is an excellent dust shield for my Mackie 1402VLZ. This is not something I use to get around. When I'm not using the mixer, I cover it with it. I suppose I could have just gotten a cover, but I can plug most of the cables into this thing when it's not in use. Because of the XLR cables, the lid does not close completely. Nonetheless, it's a fantastic bag, cover, or case.
