This item arrived damaged and it is too big in general

A lot of broken pieces were inside, as the cauldron when he arrived. As soon as I plugged it in, I could hear the fan but not see any It's bigger than I expected and not possible to fit in the space I have. I was going to ask for a replacement but it's too big.
