There is no way I can tell you. Neither I am the vendor nor am I the customer. Neither of these has caused any problems for us so far.

Is it possible to wear the mic on either side of the face while working? Can you place it upside down, and rest it on the neck rather than the back of the head like you see ?

The headband can be worn as a regular bra or turned upside down to be worn as a headband. As an alternative to resting the head on the back of the neck, the table can also be placed on the back of the neck. The only changes you need to make are to the settings.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this microphone
5/5

I thought this was going to be a lot worse than it is. I want to make something very While I know this brand isn't high end, I don't think it's bad. As you know, it is usually the least expensive brand in any category you are considering. However, it sounds great with this microphone. Rather than saying that it sounds good for the price, I mean that it sounds good overall. For church services, we normally use a Countryman e6, but that had failed a few weeks ago and is out for repairs. For the following Sunday, I bought this last minute/as a last resort. My Countryman sounded just as clear as the wireless unit when I hooked it up. It was absolutely identical at normal sound levels with a very small amount of EQ change. The distortion may be an issue if you're a screamer, but when you speak normally or a little louder, it should be no problem I would rather- I truly enjoyed using this mic at normal levels. Maybe you can try this if you're looking for a backup or don't want to spend the crazy money on a typical headset brand. It may surprise you how good it is. Shure ULX wireless systems are used by the university.

The following applies solely to Shure wireless transmitters
4/5

Here's an update It's been over a year since I started using it. There are about 25 people using it and it still works. The product definitely exceeded my expectations, and I can see I will be able to use it for a long time. A second one was just purchased because I loved it so much. At this price, it really is hard to beat.

- I am writing a review based on the original I would like to point out that most of the low reviews are due to people complaining that it did not work with The "Shure" wireless transmitter is the only thing that will work with this microphone. The connection). You should not buy this if you do not have a Shure system! I ask that you do not give it a bad review because you did not * Additionally, this microphone is designed to work only with wireless systems that are powered by a powered sound system (or phantom power systems). There are many other places to go if you don't have a good PA (like a Fender Passport) or sound system (like a Peavy PVI 6500). Again, this microphone will not be compatible with your little Karaoke machine. That is not the fault of the microphone.

This is a great purchase for the money. If you remember you're buying $20, you should be just fine A headset mic that only works with Shure sets requires an actual PA sound system, and you'll be very happy with it. I'd like to end with a You'll have to be aware of feedback as it is an omnidirectional microphone.

In order for this to work nicely, you'll need to start VERY LOW with your gain, and then increase steadily. The guy is definitely not a Countryman, but he is far, far better than I thought he would be.

Keeping it a secret is our little secret
5/5

My experience with Pyle P series mics is extensive, having used them in a church environment along with other, more expensive microphones such as the DPA Flex and Countryman microphones for years. As someone with this much experience, I am in a good position to think about how it compares to real life. I'd like to draw your attention to the following What does this sound like - hundreds of dollars more for the same microphone? Not at all. I disagree. Quite close to what I was trying to say. It is possible to tweak the EQ to the point where these are fairly It is surprising how consistent they are from one unit to the next. Moreover, they sound clear and spacious instead of Secondly, I would like to make the following observation What noise is this? Wow, these are very quiet. It does not cause any problems if electronic noise, hiss, is present. A Pyles also has chip capacitors inside the connector to prevent RF from entering, making it a more powerful microphone than most others. The Pyles also have a higher output level than most of the other mics, so you can reduce the transmitter gain. In the third point, I want to emphasize A good fit. Do you think it will stick to your A Pyle with one Pyle does not offer flex, but a Pyle with two Pyles does Keeping my ear in place is comfortable, and it holds tight. has the same functionality as Countryman in that you can bend to fit your needs. I would like to emphasize a further Does it last a long time? Dual Pyle microphones generally last about 18 months before they start to break up at the headwire connection after being used twice a week. When that happens, we break out the spares and toss them. It would seem that they could be expected to last 150 uses before they fail. For each of those uses, it comes to just under 15*. A DPA may undergo one or more failures at the MicroDot connector after about two to three years, in contrast to the less expensive ones Our service is now on a weekly basis. I replace the MicroDot with a mini TA4 and resistor for less than $10, and we are back to our regular service. Because there is a miniature circuit inside the Pyle connector, the Pyle cannot be repaired.
We had an issue with the coaxial headset connector on the Countryman mics. It was common to see this. In order to help, we sprayed with DeOxit. As you now are saying "Seems too good to be true," it must be How much does it cost? Toward the end of the test period, the cable turned some people's skin from tan to green, but this color didn't Plosives also have the tendency to be more pronounced in them. The wind screen provided in the package is quite useful, so I strongly recommend using it. It would be nice if they had a darker option. I would like the cable to be a bit longer as well. At this price point, you don't get a case, and there isn't a cable clip available. Through a simple Google search, I was able to find 50 headset earphone clips for under $10. The Pyle microphone is so much better than Countryman microphones that, in summary, we do not use Countryman mics anymore. Nevertheless, the senior pastor is still on the DPA, but everyone else either uses a handheld or A Baptism water spill makes me get out the spare if the first gets wet. I shrug and break out the spare headwire if a young speaker plans to make a coathanger out of it. In addition, we do not reveal how much it costs the speaker. This will remain a secret between us.

It is surprising to hear such good sound for such a low price
5/5

As the old saying goes, with a/v you usually get what you pay for. I have avoided Pyle products because I feel they have no real value.

I was happily surprised by the quality of the product since I had seen a few reviews and thought the price made it worthwhile to try. In general, I am not able to tell the difference between a DPA and a PC power adapter. In addition, the small size of the mic almost disappears when viewed from a distance, making it ideal for our A/V team. In addition to having a larger head and shoulders, it also fits me comfortably. With the double ears, I don't have to worry that it will fall off or need to be taped. Due to the lack of a size adjustment, the product will not fit a smaller person very well. In the event that I have any issues with the connector, I can easily replace it since it is so inexpensive. Even if you're skeptical, I suggest you give it a go. This will not be a disappointment for you.
