Can you explain the picture with the backwards and upside down customer ?

It's not clear to me what you are asking!

On the product images, you can see how the keys are lettered in black. Does this always happen this way? Do they just not have metal tines in color?

The instrument was a gift for a friend, so I didn't know about the black colors on it. It appears to me based on the other photos and comments, that it is made of metal with letters and numbers imprinted on it.

It is nothing like the teal green I have seen It's more of a forest green color. This being said, 4 stars due to the fact that the color is darker than it appears on the picture, but it plays beautifully nonetheless. It's worth buying if you don't have your heart set on a particular color.

Getting to know new things is fun

Despite never having played an instrument, I was able to learn this kalimba fairly quickly and play it pretty well. Acoustics created by the wood make for a beautiful sound. It took a little bit of time to tune, but as with any instrument, you will have to learn how. I've found the tools included in the package to be extremely I enjoyed the case, however, a couple minor scratches on the kalimba and the engraving around the door area look a little crooked. The kalimba is a wonderful instrument overall. A pleasant color and smooth textures can be felt on the instrument.

I am very sure that my gift has gone to a close friend's daughter who my husband and I care deeply Getting this for her daughter, Steph, surprised her. Her passion for this type of instrument began when she listened to it on YouTube. Her enthusiasm for getting to practice on her own, now that she has one, grows with each passing day. I installed the recommended app to tune it and it was almost perfectly tuned when I received it. Although some keys are stiff from not being played, this is due to not being More often you play it, the easier it will be for you to play it. The truth is that you don't really need to know any keys to make a good melody. You can pretty much just strum it any way you like and it will sound nice. As well as a travel case for your tools and thumb covers, this one includes a bag for your tools and Since I thought it was just included in the case, this was a plus.

Honestly, this is a pretty cool instrument. A purchase of this instrument includes a storage pouch, a carrying case, a tuner, and an Compared to what I expected, the instrument is of extremely high quality. The instructions are straightforward and the keys are well labeled. I have yet to start practicing, but the tutorial is helpful. I especially like the price point! It's definitely one of the best purchases I've made lately!.
