The fact that I found Bongos in the same color as my Congas made me very happy. Although I have played since I was a child, I have never owned a set of Congas & bells I say bongos. Even after all this time, the horses are more valuable to me since I have been wishing for one for SO LONG. Congas have been part of our worship music at our church since October, and their unique sound adds a completely unique flavor to the praise As soon as I ordered the Bongos, I knew only good things were ahead. Combined with another item I purchased (a workout supplement), the order arrived promptly, giving me time to purchase a stand to put the Bongos on. My knees hurt when they are held between my legs. This past Sunday (yesterday) was the first time I played them since I ordered them last week. I GOT LOST IN THE THOUGHTS, AND IT WAS AMAZING! Using the Bongos raised the sound and feel of the Music even higher than I had The last time I played for THAT long was a few years ago! A greater variety of fills were available In addition to the Bongo stand I bought on Saturday, the other instruments I bought with it helped brighten up the slower songs I started to keep track of my LP set because my friends encouraged me to do so. There are still a few items that I need to purchase. The number is not that great. The Bongos have surpassed my expectations in terms of sound, far beyond anything I could have ever predicted. How would you describe the quality of the product? Handling them will allow you to tell that you did not just buy something thrown together at the last minute. Seeing the weight alone is enough to make you take notice. As a result of the wood's bright, crisp, and clear sound, the Bongos' presence stands out from the rest of the music. In my experience, if you are playing with a drummer who "beats" in the pocket but doesn't really (percussionists know exactly what I mean) these will make it easier for the audience to hear everything else that comes with your specific patterns Other people don't notice me unless I play for them. It is only for the attention of the One that I play. It is obvious to Him who He is and that every note matters to Him. After church, you are approached by 3 people who have no idea what percussion is and tell you that they had not heard exactly what you played before because of everything else going on. However, today I heard EVERYTHING you did over here, and I thought it was wonderful. Here will be the perfect bongo set for you if you need a professional, affordable and VERY sturdy set. Therefore, I am not in need of getting either the congas or bongos in LP's Giovanni Hidalgo Series. In the first place, the price is too high for me at the moment. Perhaps in a few years from now, I'll shell out over $2200 for another set of Congas (on their own), but not now. You might want to give these suckers a try. There will be no words to describe how shocked you will be. I have one more thing to add. I have a tip for you Congas are my favorite noise, and I like them cranked up high, tight and bright. at the top of the scale, followed by my Conga three or four scale steps below, and my Tumba at the bottom. It's only natural that the Bongos should have a higher pitch than the Congas, due to their size. Due to the fact that my congas "sing," you can imagine what I do with them. However, I am going to do this without damaging either my congas or bongos. Please take my word for it and try it out for yourself. I am Brian.
The bongos look great, they are well made, they sound great and they look The instructor who taught me latin drumming recommended it to me. I was very pleased with the packaging and the time of delivery. It is recommended to loosen the tuning screws even more before mailing to protect the skin even better.
The product is great. The sound is fantastic. My tune was a bit tighter, so I tightened them up a bit.
This Bongo is excellent I love it for the money I spent on it.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product.
When the Bongo head was delivered, one of the heads was partially split, and when it was tuned, it fell apart. It's a sturdy product, but the Matador heads are a little.
Everything about the book was great.
I highly recommend this product for its excellent sound quality.
