My purpose for purchasing this is to practice rhythms (I'm a keyboardist). I'm not an expert on "bongo construction" (though I would love to become one). Despite their weight (they really are, in your lap), they are incredibly solid, and their entire surface has an incredibly rich and deep tone. This is a very responsive game that is a delight Furthermore, both of these are well-suited A variety of percussionist websites reviewed. These are obviously not the cream of the handmade crop (think $1,000), but I don't see how you could go wrong buying them as a starter set. This could be the last upgrade you need. Btw, I want to make you aware of the following There are NOT two pounds in here, but more like nine pounds. It is certainly not a toy nor is it specifically meant as a lap instrument.

My goal was to play an instrument other than a stringed instrument. Those who were raised during the 1960s grew up in the midst of the Beatnik and Hippie generations. The Bongos had a natural way of handling situations. The bongo set I chose was the result of looking at several different ones. The wood used to build this particular drum set made it an easy sale for me, though I knew Latin Percussion was the drum set I wanted. As an old guitar player, these bongos are exactly what I've been looking for. My experience with this purchase has been excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Since I was a kid, I have been drumming. A bongo set comes to an end. It's a nice sound and resonance, with a great tune.
They are beautiful when they are finished by wood. My favorite part of it is the title.
