The company does not allow returns, even if it is a prime item. We emailed the company to learn if we can return it, but we never got a response. After looking up the return policy, it says to contact the company for their return policies, but we know they do not allow returns even if the product is defective. This is a risky purchase, so proceed with caution. The cord connecting the guitar and the amp broke less than two weeks after it was purchased. I thought it looked great, but it did not work. It was easy to take care not to pull on it, and I wore it by the plug, not the cord. Now I need to spend money on a new quality cable.

My son's guitar teacher only shaved down the frets and lowered the strings after we took it to him.
