Strings for this guitar should be nylon since it is a classical guitar. You must ensure that you have a good set of nylon strings if you want to play this guitar. Also, it looks like cheap paint was used on the frets. A poor paint job was evident inside the sound hole, as spray paint had been used. As you can see from the picture, the sticker around the sound hole has been applied unevenly and what looks like painted around the sound hole is actually a sticker. Though the price is cheap, I do not consider having to wear gloves to keep the frets from cutting my fingers if I am not wearing gloves, and having paint wear off on my clothes if I am not wearing gloves. Finally, I would like to say Those that want to play with it will not last long because it is made of cheap materials. It would be wise to spend a few extra dollars on something that will last longer.

The ring around the hole is a sticker, and the pick guard is also stick on, but playing on it every day for more than a month has not caused any problems.
