When I played it with a bass set-up, I got deafening sounds Normally, there is one up man for each set up. There was a guy on YouTube who played this bass with exactly what I wanted to do This is a slap funk. It has served me well so far, and the price was real good. The only thing I need to remember to do now is to unplug it so that the battery can recharge.

Even with the one major problem - the buzzing and muddiness - I still love this bass. There are four strings of B. Building and modifying guitars and basses is something I am adept at, so I’m confident in what I do. It was set up correctly, the bridge was adjusted, the nut was replaced with a brass one which raised the action, and the truss rod was adjusted in a way that markedly improved it. To see if that makes a difference, I'm going to change the B string with a higher gauge high tension flat wound string. Other than alternating the attack to very soft on the B string and as aggressive as I want on the rest, there is no alternative. In spite of that, I LOVE playing this bass and I can't seem to put it down. It's amazing how active the humbucker pick is- With that legendary MusicMan growl, your ears will perk up. Excellent tone, with a full range of overtones, undertones, harmonics, etc. I would like to add the The wide neck of the guitar enhances the sound and makes it Though the tuners may need to be replaced sooner or later, this guitar is superbly built. Our initial impression was that a bass could be this good before we got this for my wife. The packaging is minimal, and the box is so beat down that the UPS driver had us check it for damage before leaving, even though it arrived without issue. As it turns out, I was beginning to get nervous, but oh man is this bass No matter how the song is played, it sounds good. Nice action. The neck is well rounded, the finish is perfect, and the grip does not seem to be of any concern. On the aesthetic side, it is very beautiful, and it is durable too. All in all, I am totally envious and will have to pick up one.
