Is it possible that I won't need my cane any longer? I used the American Cut and the Signature in two different settings this weekend
5/5

Two 50-minute games were played. On Saturday, I played two 30-minute sets with a pop/funk band, and on Sunday, I did my usual Sunday church thing. br>During the Saturday gig, I switched between the two reeds and noted the following: The Signature was louder, but it didn't matter because I was miced. The American Cut was a little softer and had a little more resistance than the European Cut. br>I spent a lot of time in the upper part of the horn, and I love how the AC responds to altissimo. br>Things were a little different today (Sunday). I usually play the Signature on Sundays, but today I decided to play the AC. With a guitar, bass, piano, and three horns, the band I play with is mostly acoustic. I'm the only one who can play two trumpets. I needed to be able to blend in and play softly, and the AC helped me do that. Low notes, both normal and subtoned, were more controlled and easier to play. It wasn't a problem to play quietly. br>To summarize, I'll most likely continue to use both. The new air conditioner is fantastic. In fact, I just placed an order for a second one! I believe the Signature provides me with a Link- The AC has a "Bergness" to it, if that makes any sense, whereas the sound is very "woody. ".

I was happily surprised! I've been playing for over a century! (Well…
5/5

began in 1968. ) I've tried plastic reeds before, but it's been a long time. They just didn't appeal to me. These, on the other hand, are truly incredible. I couldn't believe it when I put this reed on my head! It's fantastic! For comfort and tone, nothing beats a perfect bamboo, but finding and/or shaving/cutting one is painful, time consuming, rare, and expensive. I highly recommend this Reed. The second one stands out for me. The Signature cut is great and appropriate for really small quieter gigs, but it's a little too soft for my enjoyment. The 25 American cut is great and appropriate for really small quieter gigs, but it's a little too soft for my enjoyment. I've had these for about a month and they're still working well, but it's a little early to say how long they'll last. I was hesitant to buy these because of the high price per Reed, but I'm very pleased with them and will not hesitate to purchase more when and if needed!.

These are fantastic; I love how clear they are, and I appreciate how they sound and feel
5/5

I have a 2 as well. I like all five of them. Despite this, I believe Legere is abusing their market position by overpricing these. I enjoy playing with a variety of mouthpieces that require different strengths, so the cost of purchasing the various reeds and determining which one works best with which mouthpiece is prohibitive. br>br>In conclusion, I like the reed, but I don't think Legere is doing their customers any favors on price; the Fibrocell I just tried today sounded great right out of the box at a much lower price, but I'm still putting it through its If the Fibrocell continues to meet my expectations, I may make future purchases with that reed.

The tone is very bright
4/5

This reed has a bright tone to it. It could be useful for brightening up a dark mouthpiece's sound. However, I prefer the Legere Signature series' warm and balanced tone and response to the American cut in general.

Tenor sax reeds by Legere, cut in the United States
5/5

These American Cut Legere reeds, in my opinion, are superior to the Signature Series reeds. The American Cut has a wider range of altissimos than the Signature Series. These are excellent reeds. 2. is what I'm using. 25 is in the same ballpark as the 2. JAVA JAZZ Red and JAVA Green VANDORAN have a total of 5 stars. I use the JODY JAZZ JET 6 as my mouthpiece. Because I've been using the same four Signature Series reeds as my practice reeds since June of 2017, the Legere reeds are extremely durable. I do one of the following exercises: 1/2 to 2- Those reeds are still functional after 1/2 hour of work five days a week.

It's a breeze to say
5/5

The Legere reeds are fantastic! I also believe they are more comfortable to use than cane reeds. Of course, they last a lot longer, and the ones I've tried so far have all worked out perfectly. Yes, they are pricey, but when you consider the amount of waste generated by a standard box of reeds and their longevity, they are well worth the investment.

For me, this is the ideal reed
5/5

After the pandemic hiatus, I'm only now getting back into shape. For my first two gigs, this reed was perfect: The first will feature a concert band, while the second will feature a jazz combo performing outside.

Surprisingly similar to cane, but with a little practice, more consistent
5/5

I'm a professional musician in my area, and I'm blown away by the quality of this reed. Lower bell notes are clearer and easier to play. br>More altissimo range, though this is the area where I need the most embersure adjustment. One is as good as cane
