Reeds for the bari sax Those Reeds are awesome! My skills as a saxophonist are average, and I'm not a professional or even experienced musician. La Voz is the first brand I've tried. I've tried other brands for years, but never It was an excellent tone and response from the reed, which I was very pleased with. The medium hard strength was stiffer than a 3 even though it is a medium strength. In other brands, that number is 5. In order to get use to the stiffer response, I have had to lightly sand the faces of several reeds.
