My saxophone teacher advised me to get rid of my expensive high-baffle mouthpiece. My subtones lacked a certain level of smoothness. I required a mouthpiece that was both affordable and did not have a low baffle. br>Out of the box, this mouthpiece sounded fantastic. The idea that a specific mouthpiece will produce a specific sound has been used to promote the sale of expensive mouthpieces. br>By using a simple mouthpiece and practicing your sound, you can achieve the desired sound. br>I can work on my sound with this mouthpiece, and it sounds warm.
This is my first professional-grade hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece. It's an improvement over my Yamaha 5C. I adjusted in about a week, and I'm still amazed at how much I can do with it. It has excellent lower and upper registers, as well as a great semi-tone. The tone is dark. I plan to use this mouthpiece for the rest of my life, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
For what I was looking for, this was a little too dark. However, it was the same across the board. For some people, this is the ideal mouthpiece. br>It was brand new, and returning it was a breeze.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this arrived. This mouthpiece is outstanding. My son is now ready to start practicing jazz pans.
It's possible that there's a problem with the embochure. Good timbre. I'm not sure if it's an embochure issue, but I can't seem to get it to stop squeaking. Previously, I used a Yamaha 4c mouthpiece.
For a new professional, he is extremely efficient and dependable. Great tone with a jazzy bright tone and a great sound. It comes highly recommended from me.
When there's a lot of air to push, this sound is fantastic. I'm having trouble getting a good seal on it, though. Apart from that, everything appears to be in order.
