This is a well-made case. It does not, unfortunately, fit my AKAI EWI Solo electronic wind instrument. The 30 inch length of the AKAI Solo is impressive. This case has a 28-inch interior dimension. 5 inches.

My Akai EWI5000 is protected in a relatively light but adequate manner. Although the utility pouch is a little small, the main compartment has plenty of room for cleaning cloths and other items.
This case was delivered quickly, is sturdy, and well-made. It's padded, fits the EWI 5000 perfectly, has a snapping handle and an accessory pocket, and zips up! I'm happy to give a positive review for a fantastic product, and I'm recommending it to my fellow professional musicians!
