I'm a music teacher who specializes in string instruments. Pirastro products have been a part of my life for decades. When I first installed this set from Amazon, it sounded good, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. They were so bad sounding after a month of use that I went out and bought a new set. Either these were sitting in a warehouse in poor condition for a long time or they aren't genuine Evahs. Purchase from a trustworthy vendor.
I've been playing the violin for 20 years and recently purchased a high-end instrument. violin and bow at the end I used to buy Dominates, which are great for beginners and intermediates, but these strings bring out the most amazing solo quality I've ever heard. These are the strings you'll need if you're playing Max Bruch, Sarasate, or any other difficult classical music. Make a point of purchasing a Gold-colored item. String with an E loop.
Sound quality is exceptional.
Please assist me in completing my project and obtaining a clear, complete sound.
I'd previously used these strings, but for some reason I decided to try them again. Pirastro Passione makes my violin sound warmer, which is why I like them. However, because I'll be playing outside a lot this summer and the Passiones are half-gut, half-synthetic, I've decided to dial it back a notch. The Evah Pirazzis do their job; they're resonant and loud; however, I find that they make me sound tinny and that my harmonics suffer as a result. They're still good strings, and they'd probably work better on someone else's violin; I've just figured out what I needed to know.
If you play 2 hours per day, these strings will last about 6 months. If you work for one hour per day for a year, you will have worked for one year. Once they've been broken in, they'll stay in tune. A sound that is crisp and clear.
Strings that are good.
I've been playing the violin for about 15 years and have used a wide variety of strings during that time. When I needed new strings, most of them were adequate and did the job. br>br>I received the Evah Pirazzi's with my new violin, and I thought it sounded great until I got a new set of Dominants, which made it sound even better. When I got these strings again the next time, my violin sounded fantastic once more. I now keep a spare set with me at all times in case something goes wrong.
