Unfortunately, no. This listing is only for a violin (sizes 1/2-1). 3/4). A 4/4 size violin shoulder pad could be used on a 14" viola. I'm actually surprised she's not switching to a 15" before the 16"? For either of those sizes, she'd need a VIOLA rest. Depending on what she ends up with, the search for VIOLA rests at 15 or 16 inches. It's a good idea to rest your viola with a KUN viola rest. I've had a couple of them. It's up there with the best.
The foam padding appears to wear out within a few months, so it's not long lasting.
My daughter needed a new chin rest, and she was overjoyed when she discovered this purple one. It fits perfectly on her 3/4 violin and is very comfortable, according to her.
After only a few months, the foot snapped off.
We're hoping it's unique enough that an absent-minded 6th grader won't miss it. So far, it appears to be working.
It accomplishes the task at hand.
It's a big hit with both my daughter and her violin teacher.
