On a 2019 Squier Precision bass, I'm changing the tuners. On that model, has anyone else used these tuners?

On that model, no way. I wore them around my neck, which I had made specifically for them. However, they are of excellent quality. The screw pattern appears to be the same as the fender screw pattern.

Will they fit a jazz bass neck from the United States?

I wanted good tuners but didn't want to spend a lot of money on them. The Golden Age tuners run smoothly, appear to be well-made, and have a high-quality chrome plating. If there is a drawback, it is that they are a little heavy, but that was not an issue with this instrument. This product has exceeded my expectations!.
