Yes, that is correct. The bridge simply needs to be turned 180 degrees from the right-hand instrument. It should be all right after that.
Strings for the Bass Guitar have been precut into the nut groves. Also, the radius of this Nut is similar to that of a J Bass, so I doubt it out of the box, but it might work for your build. You could buy Bone Nut blanks that haven't been precut or shaped, which would be a better option for you. I'd look for a blank that fits a banjo guitar, depending on the dimensions of your neck. Good luck
I'm not sure what you mean when you say a 1. But, in a nutshell, yes, with a radius of 5". The nut measures 42mm in diameter, or 1.25 inches. 7" (I'm converting in my head, so don't quote me on this). The average jazz bass (or any bass, for that matter) uses a 42mm or 1.25mm string. 5" nut. It's also thicker and taller than you require, allowing you to file or belt-sand it to almost any size. br>br>Also, if you want to set nut action, you can file or sand the slots to any suitable height for each string to conform to the fingerboard radius. Either use an automotive feeler gauge to match the standard Fender (or whatever) factory setup, or eyeball it and go by feel/string tension.
Not well. It's designed to be played by a bass player. There are far too many better guitar-specific options available at reasonable prices to waste time trying to make the wrong thing fit. Just be sure to take accurate measurements. You'll be able to locate the information you require.

For Christmas decorations, I went to my mother-in-law's attic. (All of these items are from the 1980s. ) In the corner of the room, I discovered an old Hundo Bass guitar. I found it under the cover of an old plastic tree box. When I got home, I discovered that it only needed a few key parts cleaned and replaced. This bone was exactly what I needed. For placement, there is no need to sand or file. Handcrafted with precision. I was very happy with the tones it produced, which were free of fret buzz. In the future, I will purchase items from this brand. East Texas is rocking. Now all I need is a drum set. We're ready to board the bus!
ABT.
They had to shim the bolt on the guitar's neck as well. It's starting to sound fantastic. In the end, this company saved my bacon with this tiny bone nut. Otherwise, I'd still have a "Frankenstein" bass guitar that I couldn't play.
This product was one of the top recommendations when I searched for Neck Bridges for a specific bass. I tried to fit it on my bass when it arrived, but it was too big. This is extremely disappointing, and the only reason I am not returning it is that it appears to fit another bass I own, so I will keep it as a spare part.
The fit and cut are absolutely perfect. I had purchased a new Warmoth bass neck with a nut that was not properly cut. This one appears to be an excellent match for this neck. I double-checked the dimensions, but I expected to have to file and sand it to get it to work properly.
It wasn't quite wide enough to cover the width of the neck, but Kingston isn't exactly a well-known brand; nonetheless, it worked fine and was simple to adjust with files and sandpaper.
This nut would not fit on my knockoff bass guitar, which has the same width nut as my fender precision. It was terrible, but I figured it might help someone later locate the correct part.
I purchased a pawned bass with the knowledge that it required a new nut. I didn't know where to begin, so I decided to try this. Prior to placing my order, I took as many measurements as I could. It appeared to be an excellent match. It was right on the money! I didn't have to lower the height or adjust the string spacing because I simply popped it into the groove. So far, everything has gone well.
Please wait until you've strung the guitar before gluing it in place. To avoid "buzz" on the upper frets, you may need to shim up a little.
