3/4 inch tall and 2 inch wide. 3/16 of an inch thick

What is the best method for cutting a straight line?

Use a fine pencil to make a mark on it. Using a band saw, scroll saw, or craft saw, remove 1/16" from the mark. Sanded to perfection. Put on a mask if you're going to be out in public.
