After drilling the hole, I realized there wouldn't be enough space between the pots for the toggle switch to fit, so I just needed a new control plate with no holes. This is the same one that came with my bass, so it was a perfect match. I'm at a loss for words. The control plate is from a Fender Jazz Bass. This is the one you've been looking for.
Cheaper brands rarely fit where the pickguard meets the plate, so keep that in mind!.
The three screws needed to mount it to the body were included in the packaging. The holes are designed to fit CTS size pots, not the mini pots found on some import instruments.
So, if you're looking for a jazz bass plate, the one made by the company that created the jazz bass is a great choice! Okay, that sounds sarcastic, but I had previously purchased a cheap Chinese one that wasn't very good, so I had to try again and purchase this one.
It's your typical Jazz Bass plate. There's nothing to see here, people.
