The guitar case is not recommended because of the lack of protection it provides. Look for a better option with foam protection at your local music store.
You won't be able to stop it. There is too much backward angle on the headstock of a Les Paul style guitar. Since the guitar sits entirely on the headstock, and not the neck as in most cases, most of the weight is taken on there.
I would guess that it will fit in the Estabon if it is a classical guitar. An acoustic smaller than a jumbo seems to fit in the ChromaCast case. The case looks very nice and comes at a very good price. If it does not fit, I can not recommend it. When it comes to returns, Amazon is great.
I have a broken one. I ignored it for over a year and it dropped apart. There was barely any use of it and now it is useless. There is a problem with the latches. I had a terrible experience with customer service. They asked me to provide proof that I bought it when and where I did. The last time I bought something from chromacast was five years ago.

The case is exactly what I was looking for. I've been looking for something like this to go with my Fender acoustic guitar for months. A capo, picks, and extra strings can be stored in the compartment under the neck. In addition, its lockable feature is very useful, and the padding inside is perfect. I read that other people did not get the strap and assorted picks, but I got them. Although I pick this case for the strap and picks, those were not the reasons I decided to purchase it. Even if I had not acquired those documents, I would still have rated the case the way.
For the price, this is a very nice, sturdy, well padded case which will fit my Hummingbird copy fairly well and be good enough to carry local. The fit may be loose a bit in places, but it would still work on an airplane occasionally, provided I stuffed a bit of padding in those areas. I would not take it on a tour.
