In my opinion, Genalex Gold Lion ECC83/B759 tubes are some of the best 12AX7 tubes ever produced

The problem is that they are hard to find and expensive when they are there

A large detailed soundstage makes them the choice of discerning audiophiles who demand the very best sound quality

The post just came to my attention, so I'm sorry for the delay. As I do not feel qualified to speak for a technician, all I can tell you is that most times 12AX7 type tubes will interchange with other tubes The tube socket must be wired into the circuit according to the manufacturer's instructions. In case you haven't found it yet, I'm sure you will find your answer with a little bit of searching around the web.

There are no distortions or unnatural sounding harmonics with this tube. It costs more, but it does more than most. The harmonics change when you turn the knobs on your I found it put my Engl vs E646 from great to earth-shaking when I installed it in the V5 input stage. The lows and highs are well defined and cross right into each other. Those toilet paper and Genalex tubes will keep the world rocking even when the world ends! I will not only buy more but I will hoard them for future extinctions!.

After about 20 hours, it is just starting to really shine. There is a burn-in process. To sound a little more dynamic, I wanted a little more gain and a slightly more robust bottom end. I am blown away by how well this tube meets my expectations. Despite its price and complexity, it is well worth your time and money. You will not be disappointed.

Benefit staging is especially important in gaining. The air was thick and warm. The brighter the tube amplifier, the better the sound.

You should consider getting a practice amp for your practice The bugera BC is a I heard riffs that were funky with a lot of unwanted reverb, so I didn't consider the tube to be dead. Perhaps a new 10 dollar tube would have been as good as a gold prong tube, but I chose to go with the premium model. I have never seen it sound and feel like this before, it is more powerful and smoother than the old one. It would be recommended. The following instructions will show you how to change the bulb on a Bugera It will take 15 minutes to change on BC The four black screws on the back and sides must be unscrewed, followed by the four chrome screws with built-in backers on top and back, and the unit must be removed. As you work from the side, release the spring cage and pull out the old tube.
