Vintage instruments can be refretted with this product
5/5

Wire made from this material holds a lot of similarity to the materials used for frets in the 1960s, which fits perfectly for refretting vintage instruments. This is a high quality nickel and silver, so it is relatively soft when compared to stainless steel used in jumbo frets today. It was used to refret the first 12 frets of the first Italian bass I owned in 1964 The EKO Florentine 360/2V electric guitar was made in Italy. I was able to perfectly match the original frets with its 9 frets. In a radius of five feet. Four frets are produced from each 8" length, so one package creates 40 frets or about three fret works. The quality is excellent!.

5/5

Could you please tell me what you think? The wire works as it should and is fret wire. It's a lot better than using nails, I'll tell you. It's been a while since I used it. This kerf saw has a nice friction fit and the frets have a nice Use a cheap saw and some mini files to make your own guitar necks.
