Then and now With that normal jazz buzz without the stem, and with the stem installed, this mute produces a wah wah sound and the jazz buzz without the stem The straight mute I used previously did not work for me well. This is my second mute, and it was easier to play.

I can stick it right into my Bach trumpet and it won't fall out. Despite its length, the stem is easily moved.

It was so nice to have a slightly different sounding option to use when I needed it. It was the best thing I could have done after I already owned a harmon. A stereotypical harmon buzz is produced from the mute's reverberation and the mute itself is extremely light. I am in love with.
