Questions & Answers

Is it made of metal, plastic, or composite material (unbreakable)? The weight of the bottle is Can you tell me what the weight is? Is it easy to clean and do you think it will break or dent? Thanks a lot! ?

This flexible composite material is incredibly light, and could be easily cleaned if desired. Yes, it can be broken, but you would have to put a lot of effort into it. The likelihood of a dent is

Do you have a pocket trumpet to fit this?

It has only been one pocket tpt that I have held and blown notes from. Nonetheless, I remember that the bell was the same diameter as the bell on a regular triangular tube. It would fit the Soulo if that is the case. This is the SOLE cornet that fits my needs. The flare at the bell of the pocket is possibly tighter than the flare at the bell of a traditional TPT. (The Soulo cup has a different tone than the older big band era cups, but by experimenting with the sliding cup bottom, one can come close to either the Humes or the Victor). It could also have been the Berg, the Robinson or the Wick.)

Where can I get a Bach 42 in my size?

Dear Keithen, I just wanted to say hi! Please let me know what interest you have in our mules. A line of 3 size options will appear below all the pricing information and other details on the Amazon product listing page. An 8, or Bach 42, is a perfect score. It comes in a 5" bell, so just choose that size. If you have any other queries, please feel free to contact us directly by calling Item 209 Thanks for your kind words! I am Mike Jarosz I am Soulo

It's very nice to have a cup mute like the Soulo cup mute
5/5

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a brand new adjustable cup mute from Soulo. A lot of people seem to like the Soulo cup mute! The mute produces a nice bright tone (when it is open as wide as possible) and, of course, a good cupier sound when it is closed tightly. The pitch is accurate in all octaves without adjustment, whether the cup is in, out, or in the middle. Also, the pitch is good and the timbre remains the same all the way down to the The Soulo compares well to my Denis Wick adjustable cup (which also has a constant pitch and the same sound quality throughout every range). It seems to my ear that the Wick model produces a bit more "ahh" in the timbre, whereas the Soulo a bit more "ay" (like hay). Since the Soulo cup is made of hardened fiber, and the Wick cup (I think) is an aluminum cup with a robust thickness, I assume this is the case. Compared to my current (old) Humes& Humble cups, both of the former cups are better I berg stones- In addition to the lined and Ray Robinson cups, neither of which can be adjusted, and both of which get stuffy and lose the pitch center below low C unless you file the corks to find the perfect fit, and even then the tone is a bit funkier. As a result, the H&M In a big band or swing band context, the B cup will still be found most frequently It's possible that TPT players haven't used their cup in ages because it's been in their bags and cases! These are just my own perceptions, so please keep that in mind. It's true that all four of these models produce slightly different timbres, and well. . . to each his own and to each his own right. One can obtain myriad timbres with the adjustable cup models by moving the cup all the way in. For a particular and moody color, for instance, the cup can be all the way in. I was mic'd. (This isn't going to end any time soon. Look for an old video of the Duke Ellington band and get a feel for how the tpt section used the different colors in the music It's instructive!) But I'm considering switching my Wick out of my bag in favor of a new Soulo for now to serve.

A set of four straight tenor horn mutes for comparison was purchased
5/5

There is a saying that says people muffle sound based on their own personal preferences. They all sound nearly the same to me. I did not consider sound when I made my decision. The following two factors might be relevant to your decision This product has a light weight and is easy to handle. The ease of handling is one of the major advantages of the product. Mutes are generally too fat to grasp securely with one hand. This contributes to concern about dropping them, especially when they dent the trombone slide. Soulo - I loved the fact that its base has a rounded ring that facilitates gripping. *Yamaha - This mutes has an indentation at the bottom that makes it easier to handle. As secure as the Soulo is, the Soulo grips almost as well. A final polish was necessary on all four mutes to prevent abrasive edges or sharp corners There was only a slight difference between Yamaha's mute and the others in this respect.
Plenty Fancy - The Yamaha mute is rather fat and awkward to operate. Jo- We chose this mute as it was the least expensive. Rat 1B - This mute was the fattest and most difficult to grasp of the group. The weight is There are mute claims about all of them being light-weight You are weighing. For trombonists, this is essential, since the mute adds weight to the right hand, which helps the trombone maintain its position in the right place while playing. A weight at end of life. This article is about the Jo-Ro The mutes that were most dominant were Rat 1B and Rat 1C. The following information indicates the actual weighs and the price I paid when I bought the mules. This lot weighs 146grams and has a 5 megapixel camera. One ounce of gold is worth 29 dollars. *70* JO- 301g, 10 is the rate for rate 1B. The cost of 6 ounces is Its Soulo weighs 151 grams. I'll give you a discount for buying 4oz for The Yamaha's weight is 153g and the Yamaha's mass is The price of 4 ounces is The Soulo was selected and kept.
To remove the rough edges, I used a polishing cloth, but all four mutes can be improved on that front as well.

I would recommend this product no matter what the price
5/5

While I had many different mutes, I did not play with them unless it was an absolute necessity. I found the sound of my trumpet (rather tinny) horrible. There is a huge difference between this one and the last one. Mute, this is the kind of mute you can't get enough of. I am playing it with a cornet right now, and the sound is just incredible. This mute makes the quality of sound on the cornet unbelievable. At first, it is mellow, but when you put the mouthpiece on it, it becomes fantastic. I put a video of myself playing on Facebook with the mute on the end of my Bach Mercedes II cornet, and I got more compliments and likes than I'd ever gotten at any other time. Despite the fact that she doesn't hand out compliments like candy, my wife said that I played the best game she had ever seen. You can't go wrong with a great mute if you are looking for one. Here is the one you've been looking for! The purchase of this mute from Amazon was quite some time ago, and I can't recall exactly when it was made. The first time I played with it I decided that it wasn't something I was going to do without. As a matter of fact, after I got it my wife wanted me to have it, so it was stored back. However, I resolved that I would not play without it going forward. The volume can be set to what is appropriate for the audience I am playing for, so it can be as loud or as soft as required.
