More substantial than anticipated

The thermometer is a little longer than I had anticipated, but that's fine. They're simple to use and come with a chart that shows the internal temperature of different foods. The lack of a manual shutoff is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. In ten minutes, it will shut down.
