Unfortunately, I believe it to be the case! As a result, I'm not going to buy any more!
There are four different types of spreaders: 1. We're in a jam, holy strawberries.br>2. br>3. Muffins with a Mindbr>rr>rr>rr>rr> I can butter up anything you can do.br>4. To my butter, you're a peanut.
According to the Mud Pie website, they are made of metal and silver plate. I'm not sure whether or not they'll tarnish. I do, however, have a small spoon of theirs that I use every day with my coffee and it has remained tarnished for over a year. I do, however, wash it on a daily basis.

I'm dissatisfied with how cheesy these feel for their price. They're clearly made of plastic or aluminum that has been painted silver. I only opened them a few minutes ago, and the "plating" is already scratching and peeling off in a small spot. I'll keep them because they're still cute, but I'm not sure they'll last if they're used frequently.
China is the source of this product. I don't think I need to say anything else. On the back, you can see an image of the stamped letters.
Thin. It looks like about ten sheets of aluminum foil were pounded together. Only soft foods are allowed to be consumed.

I've bought from Mud Pie on several occasions and have always been pleased with their products. This one did not disappoint in the least.
They're cheaply made, as are most Mud Pie items, but if you like the sentiments, you'll have a hard time finding anything else. I own a few of these and enjoy them as well. I wish I could find them in a higher quality, especially for the price (made in China).
They're a lot of fun and extremely attractive. One, however, had a smudged t in the word 'to' and a missing t at the end of 'peanut. ' That is, of course, a great pity. They're charming aside from that.
These were adorable, in my opinion. Each spreader has a cute saying on it, which I like. The spreader's reverse side has dents where the words are located, indicating that it isn't of the highest quality. With some additional items from their line, Will was able to make a cute wedding shower gift.
When my daughter moved into her first apartment, I bought them for her. I recently purchased a second set as a wedding present for someone close to me. It's of good quality, not flimsy, and it'll come in handy. When you use them, they make you smile! Mud Pie's products are of high quality. This is a wonderful addition to any home! I would strongly advise!.
Too cute! Written messages that are clever This is a good weight for everyday use. The word 'China' is boldly imprinted on the back of the handle. Sharpie marker does a good job of covering it up - For me, it's more of a personal matter.
