A small piece of equipment that is required for a perfect fondue

The ideal fondue burner, simple to use and clean if necessary. I've been making fondues for about 40 years, primarily with cheese, following the recipe of The Chateau in Gruyere, Switzerland, where I visited monthly for 5 years and where the fondue was invented, and where they use the same burner. I spent almost a decade in France and was always entertaining visitors.
