The brand is from Louisiana, but the item is being shipped from Lakewood, New Jersey. Stay safe and let me know if you need anything else. Thank you very much.
The 6 in with the 10psi is my recommendation. For my large pots, I use a 30 psi and a jet burner.
The PSIs on your regulator determine the BTU rating. The BTUs are not determined by the cast aluminum element (burner). The BTUs are determined by the regulator. It can be used with the regulator kits for 10 PSI, 20 PSI, 30 PSI, and 40 PSI. I hope you find this response helpful; I apologize for the delay; with everything that's going on, it's been a bit chaotic; if you need anything else, please let me know; thank you and stay safe.
This burner requires orifice 5235, which we have in stock. Thanks

This is fantastic. I have two Bayou Classic SP10 burners (which are also fantastic and receive a 5-star rating) that I use. I give it a five-star rating! br>br> br>br> br> br> br> br> br> br> br> The original cast iron burners rusted to the point where they needed to be replaced after being used four times a week and only partially shielded from the rain. I was overjoyed when I came across these cast aluminum pieces. I wasn't sure if they'd fit my SP10 burners when I ordered them, but they did. I've only used them once, but they appear to be of good quality, and I'm confident that they will serve me well.
I received my order ahead of schedule, which is always a plus, and the replacement burner was simple to install. I like that it seems to be, or appears to be, a one-piece cast aluminum rather than cast iron, which corroded so quickly, and that it produced a nice blue flame on the first run and was easy to adjust.
It was well-installed, and it produces a nice blue flame.
Excellent item.
