It appears that there are three parts - the bristles, the handle, and the first few inches attached to the bristles. They're mostly fused together, and the overall quality is excellent.
I'm not sure, but if it's from Big C, I'm not going to buy it again.

Basting brushes have never been a favorite of mine. I have OCD, and the idea of never being able to clean them irritates me. In my opinion, they must be dishwasher safe. I used to have some silicone brushes, but they deteriorated or fell apart due to use or dishwasher use. This silicone basting brush, on the other hand, appears to be in good shape. It does an excellent job of picking up sauce and slathering it on the meat, and it appears to be holding up well after each use in the dishwasher. Like most Weber products, it appears to be more durable and hefty. In my opinion, paying a little more for the Weber brand was well worth it because they generally have a higher level of quality.
This brush is fantastic and effective; the "brush" portion is soft, as expected, and it spreads nicely before being tossed into your dishwasher's top shelf. I keep such things in a basket, which keeps them clean. I've also just put some detergent in a glass and hand-washed it; aside from heat tolerance, I believe one of the best things about silicone is how easy it is to clean. It has a long handle, but it isn't excessively long. Taking a quick look around. 12" or so in length? The "brushes" are approximately 2" in diameter? In use, I didn't find the bristle length or the handle to be too short or too long; they were both just right. It arrived quickly (I have prime) and in good condition with a few other items I had ordered. I believe it is a high-quality item that will last a long time, but I will and do update if I find any issues with wear or otherwise.
It was the first time I used it. The bristles are supposed to be tucked into the handle's end, but they won't stay put. The bristles fell out and were melted by the heating element while in the dishwasher. I have several Weber grilling tools, all of which are of good quality, but this one is awful. On this design, Weber needs to start over.

The Weber brand drew me in, so I bought it. I've been a long-time user of their grills and have always been satisfied. Spend your money on something else instead of the brush. It popped out of the bottom handle part after three uses, and you can't get it back in. I'm extremely disappointed!.
For one day, I did a good job. The brush and the handle are two separate pieces that aren't connected in any way. So, after a day of use, the brush keeps falling off the handle. Het a different thing. This product is a waste of money.
This item was used once, washed, and then the silicone end ejected from the handle and refused to stay in, rendering the handle useless.
This brush has been in my possession for a few years and has seen a lot of action. It still appears to be brand new as of this date. (Note: I'm getting it for the second time. This one was made as a present.
