No, there were no lids to be found. It remains a good investment.
Although this isn't "my" product, I did buy it. no lids. purely for the purpose of mixing The silicone base, on the other hand, is fantastic at keeping it stable.
Because of the metal, they are not microwave safe, but I have put them in the dishwasher and they have not been damaged, so I would recommend using the dishwasher.
Why, I have no idea! These are fantastic bowls. They come out spotless after being washed in the dishwasher.

I've had this set for almost a year and have only used a few of the bowls. I've used about ten of them, a few others about twice, and at least two of them I haven't used at all. So, the bowls I've used are 8-inch diameter. 10 of them are chipping on the inside, the silver is flaking off, and they look bad. I'm not sure if they're safe to use. I'm not likely to purchase this item again because, while they are cute at first, they do not last.
These have been in my possession for about a month - and they're adequate for the task at hand - a low-cost, multi-purpose device a set of three different sizes of mixing bowls The product photos almost appear to be pewter in color at the time of purchase - That's not the case - They're made of gleaming metal that has a stainless steel appearance. One of the bowls has developed a 'chip' on the inside after a month of fairly light use - Consider how paint peels off a wall - A coating would not be required for stainless steel, and a coating made of stainless steel would not be required - So, despite its appearance, this is clearly not a stainless steel bowl set. Whatever the base material is, it has been coated with a gleaming 'paint' that is pleasing to the eye - It will continue to peel away until it is completely gone. They have a light, airy feel to them. As a result of the coating peeling away and the thin-film forming, ness - I don't think these will be passed down through the generations - However, as long as you understand what they are, you're good to go. a set of inexpensive light-duty mixing bowls that will need to be replaced after a while - They're perfect for it.
Following the COVID-related purchase, I purchased this for my mother. She had a desire to bake bread when she was 19, and this set was the ideal present for her. I thank God for bringing her back to us in good health. I wish all patients the best of health, recovery, and healing from all corners of the globe.
When we got them in June, they were great, but when I pulled one out this morning to make scrambled eggs, it was rusted. I've had stainless steel bowls for a long time and they've never rusted. I wouldn't buy these if I wanted something that would last.
The quality isn't as good as it claims to be.
br>I ended up preheating the oven to 400 degrees for about 30 minutes because I was worried about the bowl I had forgotten inside! Thankfully, the bowl was fine when I removed it from the oven, but the onion was blackened.
This is exactly what I needed! I now have more cabinet space, cleaning is a breeze, and the largest bowl allows me to easily rise 6 cups of flour. The only thing I've noticed is that after a few weeks of use, there are scratches on the surface, but I suppose that's to be expected?.
I was expecting a heavier-duty bowl when I ordered these, but they aren't. They're very light, and the first time you use them, you'll notice that. They became scratched on the inside, and I didn't wash them after I finished with them, so by the time I finished with the rest of the ingredients, the mix had dried on the bowl's sides. Extremely hot water didn't even get rid of it; I had to scrub really hard to get it off. They are well-suited to each other. I'd give them back if I could. I'm going to get a new set as soon as possible.
