It's nice to have a roll-out shelf like this. There was a problem with the 3 pieces of each arm of the pull-out glides. After the stationary piece, there is a second telescopic glide and finally a telescoping arm that extends all the way to the back. Cabinets with low shelves can be easily accessed. One of the pieces was missing from the one I received. It was missing one of the telescoping glides on the middle shelf. The bottom shelf was fine, but the slide out on the top shelf was not working. I contacted Household Essentials about the problem and they asked me to provide photos and proof of purchase, The only problem is that since these are right off a ship from China, they can't send me the part. They would have to send me out a new one instead. Moreover, I even offered to open the new one, take the parts I would need to fix mine (which are already in place under my cabinet), and then send the rest This means that they can keep that one, if needed, as a spare part for another customer. The likes of which I will never experience again. As a result, I never heard a word from them or received a phone call from them.
The item is made to withstand the abuse of residential use. When the frame and baskets were installed I wasn't too sure how the six screws held everything tight in place, but once they were installed I felt confident they would do the job. The kitchen cabinets will be made more useful with this and not be cluttered with wasted space. I'm looking forward to using it and aiming to install more of these so that the cabinets will fit better and not be so cluttered.
