The model 6003 is a little bigger than the model 6006. 6003 width 9 inches 5'9" in height 11, depth 25, 6006 length 8 3. height: ten two, ten depth I bought the model 6006 at Walmart because they appeared to be identical until I opened the box at home. I knew it was smaller because I saved the basket from an older, broken Presto cooker. I returned the 6006 and placed an Amazon order for the Model 6003.
Yes to both of them! It also heats up very quickly. I gradually increase the heat until it reaches the boiling point, and it appears to reach that point (boiling point) precisely at the temperature indicated on the thermometer. (Water boils at around 215 degrees Fahrenheit) dial that you'd expect! And there's a 400 on the dial as well! br>I've had the pot for a few months and it's still one of my favorites. It's incredibly simple to maintain!
The basket dimensions are as follows: The top measures 8 1/4 inches across and 3 3/4 inches deep. I hope this information is useful in making your purchasing decision.
Good evening, could you please tell me the capacity in liters?

This second one was purchased so that I could cook more food for more people at once. This deep fryer appeals to me because the heating element is not located within the unit where the oil is stored. This is nothing more than a large bucket or pot. The heating element is housed with the oil in the more expensive brands, and I've always found them to be more difficult to clean. Cleaning this is, on the other hand, a breeze. When the time comes, drain the oil and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher. The oil stays at the perfect temperature (though in any fryer, avoid overcrowding while frying). The safety cord can easily come undone if it is knocked, as it should, but we simply wedge it with something to prevent this. We don't have a problem with it. This pot can be used to make soups, steam vegetables, and pretty much anything else. I really like how portable it is. We fry outside so that the oil and food do not contaminate our home. This is a fryer I highly recommend. I hope you found this review to be useful.
I got it on Saturday, December 22nd, and fried shrimp with it for the first time on Christmas Day. br>First and foremost, the setup is simple. All you have to do now is screw in the four legs and two holders. It took about 5 minutes to complete. br>It cooks in a flash. My shrimp were cooked to perfection: golden brown, crisp, and delicious. I tried to batter, try, and fry my first batch of shrimp. That didn't turn out to be a good idea. They were adamant about staying in the basket. After that, I dipped the basket into the grease and tossed the shrimp in. I like how you can perch the basket on top of the unit to drain the grease. That's great. br>Cleaning up was a breeze. It's non- As a result, everything just poured out of the machine. While I was eating, I soaked the basket in dishwater, and everything came clean. br>There are two minor drawbacks: (1) Deep frying foods necessitates a large amount of oil due to the unit's size. (2) The basket is the other. The basket, in my opinion, needs to be a little more durable. It feels flimsy, as if it'll break with too much use. Sadly, baskets from other deep fryers I've used felt flimsy as well. I'm not sure if it's just how companies make them, but the basket is the only reason I didn't give it a five-star rating.
As a wax melting pot, this item is fantastic. There's built-in temperature control, a nonstick coating on the inside, and it heats up incredibly quickly; the only drawback is that there's no pouring spout, but I've had no problems pouring wax with it even without one. I know it's not the intended use, but I think it's a great idea! (It also appears to be fantastic for cooking. ).
Every two years or so, I purchase one of these. I'm not slamming this product or putting it down in any way. br>In my house, we use this fryer almost every day. Who knows how long it would last if it wasn't used so frequently. br>This is, in my opinion, the best French fry maker available. That's pretty much all I do with it. You can, however, make a pot of soup, chili, or whatever else you want. The temperature control plug that goes into the kettle is the flaw in this design. It starts to short out and turn on and off after a couple of years. Until this happens, the controlbr>temp is accurate. I'm not sure why that wasn't fixed. I just throw it away and get a new one because it's the best deep fryer I've ever used. br>The heating elements, legs, handles, and basket all stay perfect, so I just throw it away and get a new one. (Over the years, I've purchased 7 of these. ).
This fryer pot will not let you down! There are no drawbacks! I went through all of the reviews before placing my order. It arrived quickly, packed well, and performs admirably for deep frying, which is why I ordered it in the first place. I have other soup and stew pots, but I'll keep this one updated as I use it. Love the temperature gauge and how quickly it heats up, how easily it cleans up, and how durable the interior is. It doesn't appear to chip or wear out like Teflon does! My purchase has made me extremely happy!.
I was sorely mistaken. This little guy makes me so happy! br>I've eaten fried chicken, fish, tempura, fries, a variety of fried snacks, funnel cakes, dumplings, and more. The basket is ideal for frying a large number of small items at once (such as fries), allowing you to pick them up all at once. br>The temperature remains consistent, and the dial is convenient. My mother used to use a griddle with the same dial when I was a kid, and I'm thinking about getting one as well. br>Cleaning is a breeze. Simply pour your oil into your oil container and wash with mild soap and water afterward. If you soak it for an extended period of time, the finish will be damaged. br>I really like the breakaway cord. At home, I have a toddler who is fascinated by food. I'm usually terrified of her messing with my kitchen items, but I don't have to be as concerned now that this has a cord that cuts it off immediately. br>I haven't used it for anything other than frying yet, but I will update my review as soon as I do.
I purchased this cooker/steamer to replace an older model that had stopped working properly after many years. This is a great size for families and does a fantastic job, especially for deep frying, which is what I use it for all of the time; it heats up quickly, has a basket for holding and lifting the food out of the oil, and a lid to store it when not in use. I don't have any problems keeping the oil in it and changing it as needed. I like the detachable handle and cord, which I keep in the same basket as the cooker in the cupboard. I plan on keeping this unit for a long time!.
